Intimate Items (Final Sale)

At Smolder USA, we love making you feel and look amazing — and that includes making sure every order is 100% new, unused, and never tried on.
To keep everything completely sanitary (and avoid any questions about “try-ons” or “one-nighters”), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate items. If sold as a 2 or 3 piece set, one portion of the set may not be returned and the rest kept. 

What counts as an intimate item?
Anything that comes into direct contact with breasts, groin, butt, or personal areas — including:

Bras & bralettes 

Panties & thongs

Teddies & bodysuits

Shapewear

Lingerie sets

Anything worn without undergarments

Any garment designed to fit tightly against intimate areas

If it’s touched your personal areas, it stays personally yours. 💋

Please double-check sizing before placing your order.

Non-Intimate Items (Return Eligible)

For items that are not intimate — such as belts, vegan skirts, vegan shirts, purses— we do accept returns if the item is in perfect, resale-ready condition. 

To qualify, the item must be:

100% unused

Unworn

Unopened

In original packaging

With all tags attached

In original, sellable condition

If the item meets these requirements and simply wasn’t what you expected, you can contact us within 7 days to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once approved, we’ll provide:

Your RAN

The correct return address

Simple return & shipping instructions

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted and returned to Sender.
